"There simply is not enough space to explain just how incredible this place is!!! Nutshell version: I bought a 2007 XL1200c from another dealer. There was something wrong and nobody there would believe me. I spoke with Bob, the manager. He LISTENED. He agreed that there was a problem. This dealership bent over backwards to help me! Their service department was RELENTLESS in A)getting me in, and B)getting the problem fixed right the FIRST time. WOW!! What would it be like if I had actually bought the bike from them??? Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for listening and taking care of a Harley Customer. In two years when the touring bike comes up for purchase there is NO DOUBT this is the dealership that earned my business. I think Bob one day said something that truly tells their attitude towards the customer, "I will EARN your business everytime". "I would just like to thank everyone at Hawkeye HD. I bought a new 2007 XL1200C in june, the sales department was more then helpful with trying to find the perfect bike for me, and the service department was great with going over the new bike and explaining the break in period. After all that then getting the custom made plaque with a pic of my new harley and my name on it was a nice finishing touch. I had three friend buy new harleys and none of the dealerships they bought from sent them anything like that. I am happy to say you will have a life long customer for as long as I'm riding and when my sons get to that age for their first bike."

"While passing through from Chicago on my way to Colorado, the service dept was able to look at and correct a wiring issue that caused a fuse to short out at will. During Sturgis week, there were a few other bikes also being serviced, yet they were able to look at my bike and fix the issue so that we were on our way within a few hours. The rest of the trip was a great success thanks to Daniel and the service dept."

"I bought my first HD from this dealership and it was a great experiance. I am currently serving in Iraq and my bike needed servicing. I emailed Daniel in the service department and told him what I needed. Not only did they service my bike they also picked it up and returned it.
